Nadya Bozoeva is a seasoned legal consultant with a diverse background in business and law. She graduated from Tomsk State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in marketing under the J. Soros program. In 2002, she furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of International Law.
With extensive experience across various sectors, including banking, civil aviation, construction, and the food industry, Nadya has honed her skills in customer acquisition and servicing. In 2019, she earned a Master of Law degree from the Institute of Law of the State University of Mongolia and has since focused her practice on business activities, civil, administrative, and criminal law.
Nadya has successfully represented clients in economic matters, including tax claims, and has played a pivotal role in preparing financial calculations for expert evaluations. Her practical experience in business enables her to identify and prioritize the unique interests of each client, making her an invaluable asset in supporting business transactions.
Notably, Nadya participated in along-term project advocating for the adoption of a tobacco control law in Mongolia, engaging actively with government agencies. Throughout her career at a law firm, she has successfully attracted numerous clients involved insignificant international lawsuits, including government entities that have historically partnered with private companies abroad.
