The Law on Licensing provides the list of activities and documentation required for special licenses; many other ancillary or accompanying permits and approvals need to be acquired from the relevant authorities.

We are active in providing legal advice, preparing documents, and representing the client to the relevant legal entity and government organization in meeting the legal entity’s requirements specified in the law. Furthermore, we are also inclined to issue, suspend and revoke licenses that engage in certain economic activities that may be detrimental to the public interest, human health, the environment, and national security, including requiring specific conditions and specialization.
