Ms. Taivan has joined as associate lawyer at the Snow hill Consultancy Law Firm since January 2023 and has diverse legal experience in providing general corporate, capital markets, employment, minerals, and litigation services to the commercial banks, mining companies, and other corporates. Moreover, she has considerable experience as a lecturer by teaching Human rights and Family Law at School of Law, National University of Mongolia.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Taivan worked at an Khan Lex Partners LLP, one of Mongolian leading law firm, where her work focused on corporate restructuring and due diligence for a foreign- invested and domestic companies in the energy and financial services sectors. During that time, she significantly contributed to the external Legal Due Diligence prepared within the framework of Khan Bank JSC’s initial public offerings process.  

Ms. Taivan received her bachelor and master degree from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia, as well as she is pursuing her doctoral degree from that school.  Ms. Taivan is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and the Mongolian Advocates' Association. In 2022, she received a license to provide legal services to securities market participants from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia. Ms. Taivan speaks and writes in Mongolian and English.
