Ms. Solongo Adiyasuren joined the firm in June 2019,specializing in Corporate, Securities and Labour Law, investment deal, corporate governance and land matters. She is well experienced on drafting agreement and corporate documents such as shareholder meetings or board resolution, company policy, regulations, and conducting legal research and due diligence in Mongolian and English.
Notable works and contributions of Solongo and her team include:
- Provided legal advice and services related to day-to-day activities of companies operating in the sector of hospital, food production and services, mining, finance and fuel.
- Acted as a consulting team member for conducting legal due diligence and acting as the legal counsel regarding initial public offerings, raising capital from secondary market and other transactions related to securities market regarding relevant legislations and Securities registration rules issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission and Mongolian Stock Exchange for companies: Green Bond of plastic recycling company; IPO of trading company leading in the water production sector; IPO of a local producer company in food industry; SPO and IPO of financial service provider company; Bond of financial service provider company.
- Acted as a consulting team member for the conducting the revision of regulations and agreements of closed private investment funds, registered in Financial Regulatory Commission.
- Organized the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders meeting and preparing necessary documents, acted as a Tabulation Commission of open joint stock companies listed in Mongolian Stock Exchange.
- Completed the state registration of the joint stock company with Legal Entity State Registration Office after the completion of the IPO.
