Mrs. Khulan achieved a law degree (LLB) from the School of Law, the National University of Mongolia, majoring in International Law in 2014.

She has been working at the firm since 2014 as a qualified lawyer specializing in contract law, business law, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment, special license, mineral resources, construction projects and labor law. She advises a diverse range of clients, including global non-governmental organizations, international technology companies, Mongolia-focused precious metals companies, listed on Hong Kong and Toronto Stock Exchanges and domestic and multinational corporations in various industries in English.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Khulan has advised many domestic mining companies in their acquisitions of shares of companies, advised not only on the establishment and the operation of foreign invested companies in various industries, but also on the dissolution of the companies. She also advises on day-to-day legal issues affecting the workplace, workforce reductions, employment contracts, labor-related issues involving foreign employees.

She is a member of Mongolian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Also, she is a certified lawyer from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, qualified to advise security market participants.
