According to Article 18, paragraphs 18.1.9 and 18.1.10 of the Land Law, the Government has exercised its authority to approve both the operating regulation of the unified electronic system for managing the unified land fund and the regulation for issuing certificates of land ownership and use rights. These regulations are detailed in the appendix to Resolution No. 121 dated March 6, 2025. The approved regulation include:
