The main form of organization of the activities of the Parliament is the Assembly. In accordance with Article 17, Clause 17.1 of the Law on Parliament of Mongolia, the Regular Autumn Session of the Parliament of 2025 will be held for at least 75 working days starting from September 15.

   The Autumn Regular Session agenda, approved by the previous session as required by law, includes reviews of draft laws and regulations on the 2026 Budgets of Mongolia, the Social Insurance Fund, the Health Insurance Fund, the National Wealth Fund, and related legislation, with approval dates specified by statute.
