The draft law on commerce is a preliminary legislative proposal consisting of 22 chapters and 137 articles. The draft includes regulations outlining the principles of commercial law, procedures for applying commercial laws, participants in commercial legal relations, or traders engaged in commercial activities. It also addresses the rights of minors or individuals aged 14-18 to engage in commercial activities, people who voluntarily register as traders in the commercial register, and small traders. Additionally, it is deemed appropriate to regulate the concept and system of commercial registration, including the registration of sole proprietors or specialized registration, the consequences of commercial registration (both positive and negative), commercial names, and the prohibition of unfair use of others' commercial names.
