Following the repeal of the Law on Exemption from Customs Duty on Imported Animal Feed, Feed Additives, and Wheat Flour by Resolution No. 60 of the Mongolian Parliament dated June 25, 2025, the Government was directed to develop draft laws—including a revised Law on Competition, the Law on Trade, and the Law on Anti-Dumping—and submit them to the Mongolian Parliament during the regular fall session of 2025. The aim of these measures is to address potential risks to the livestock sector, maintain stability in the supply of staple foods, increase reserves, promote competition, and stabilize prices.
