The following key issues are scheduled to be addressed at the 2025 Regular Spring Session of Parliament, which will take place from May 26 to May 30, 2025. These agenda items include:

• A meeting of a working group assigned to develop and implement solutions aimed at eliminating conflicts, inconsistencies, and duplication between laws and regulations through the use of artificial intelligence.
• A statement on the Fiscal Framework of the Unified Budget of Mongolia for 2026, along with the draft law on the budget projection for 2027-2028, and the accompanying draft regulations (submitted by the Government on April 30, 2025; final discussion).
• The third discussion of the draft regulation of Parliament titled "On the Approval of the 2026 Development Plan of Mongolia" (submitted by the Government on April 30, 2025).
