The Parliament will discuss key issues at its 2024 Spring Session from April 8 to 12, 2024. Topics include:

-         The working group convened to prepare a consolidated draft of the Law on Personal Supplementary Pensions, and the Law on Personal Pensions, along with jointly submitted draft laws for discussion.

-         Convening of the working group tasked with drafting amendments to the Excise Tax Law for review and discussion;

-         Convening of the working group tasked with analyzing the tax environment, examining contentious societal and economic issues, formulating recommendations and conclusions, and, if required, developing and presenting draft proposals for fundamental tax reforms;

-         Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Investment (Remove from the Law on Investment the provision that allows land ownership and use for up to 60 years on a contractual basis without tax support, with one possible extension of up to 40 years under the original contract terms) (Submitted by 8 members of Parliament including MP Ts. Tserenpuntsag on April 2, 2024, first discussion).
