The Government of Mongolia, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the General Tax Administration, has developed and prepared draft legislation to amend and supplement existing tax laws. The draft laws are posted on the Ministry of Finance's website, with a public comment deadline of April 12, 2025. The new regulations are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026, pending additional amendments and improvements based on public input, discussion, and approval during the spring session of Parliament.
