The draft commercial law includes provisions aimed at increasing trust in contracts, supporting the profit-making objectives of business owners, applying established customs and norms within their operations, fostering business ethics and responsibility, and resolving cases and disputes promptly. It mandates the registration of traders with the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and outlines detailed provisions on the rights of traders, including representation, restrictions on representatives entering into contracts, protection of trade names, and safeguarding the profit motive of business owners during administrative decisions and dispute resolution processes. Additionally, it provides for comprehensive regulation of commercial contractual relationships, legalizing contracts such as cash loans, financial leases, franchises, merchandising, commission agreements, tourism services, and parcel and transportation contracts.
